This week's session is only for people that have experience of taking people into a trance (if you're come to a previous session in this series of sessions on Hypnosis, then you should be fine, or if you've had some other practical experience of inducing trance somewhere else... that's fine too!)

Having built up a decent foundation of the basic hypnosis skills, as well as general ways to utilise a trance state, we're now ready to get into some very specific practical applications of hypnosis.

- How can you use hypnosis to create new behaviours in yourself and others?
- How would you go about bringing relief from pain?
- How and why might you create amnesia in trance subjects?
- etc

Hypnosis: Core skills and Utilisation 1

This session begins to answer the question of "How do you use hypnosis to achieve an outcome?". We'll cover some of the core skills such as Anchoring, Analogue marking and Embedded Commands/Questions, as well as the more general concepts such as giving Process instructions to the Unconscious Mind, and creating generative change.

Motivation House is a self-improvement book store located right near to Hendon Central Tube station. The practice room we use is downstairs, but you'll either see other people going there, or you can ask Kayode to direct you (the shop owner)
