Meetup Description: When you master yourself - life becomes easy. What is self-mastery? If your idea of self-mastery is a rigid set of rules that requires self-flaggelation and punishment...think again.

Suppose you can create success by doing things you already do well? What if you can feel fully alive, and experience a full range of emotions without being trapped by your fears? Imagine that you can model your behavior after the successful people of your choice. Stop for a moment and decide. What do you choose now?

This will be an evening of exploring and practicing shift patterns. You get to develop your personal magic for creating your very own emotional landscape. Ahhhh, smell the jasmine and feel the warm sun on your skin. That's it...SMILE.
