Last month we had a lively discussion about the presuppositions of NLP. Many people wanted to put it into practice.

This month we will do some HANDS ON PRACTICE. I will bring in some exercises using sub-modalities and presuppositions. You will find that yourself making changes easily and naturally when you realize that you are simply using your imagination to shift the way you feel about things.

If you are new, you will find it easy to catch on. I'll send along some handouts and study information the week before. If you have some favorite exercises you would like me to include, please email or call me ahead of time.
