NLP or Neuro Linguistics Programming has been taught since the 1960s. Interest in NLP is increasing as more people recognize that we create our life experience through our thoughts and words.
NLP is the study of how people store and use information. An understanding of NLP can be helpful in understanding others, and in shifting your own limiting beliefs. It is useful in both business and personal relationships.
