Wouldn't it be great if you could resolve conflicts and improve your relationships? Have a conversation, instead of a confrontation?

This program covers one of the most challenging behavioral patterns. This pattern can create the perception that a person is not open to others ideas or the person being labeled a "know it all".

We'll discuss how to recognize the pattern and avoid the emotions that are triggered by this pattern. We'll also learn to utilize words that work to avoid confrontation and resolve issues more easily.
