Continuation of Outcome Expectancy

Since several participants were not able to attend the previous session, and expressed interest in the topic, we will continue our discussion of Outcome expectancy.

We'll review a variety of NLP processes that individuals can apply to daily outcomes.

This exploration will be particularly useful for managing holiday expectations that sometimes cause stress.
