Acuity is a key element in the practice of NLP techniques.

In NLP, acuity is the ability to use one’s senses to perceive fine details in the world around us. Using acuity helps you determine whether you are moving closer to or farther away from your goals.

In this meetup we will explore:

  • Types and uses for acuity
  • Popular applications and myths for acuity, e.g. the TV show “Lie To Me”
  • Interactive exercises to increase sensory acuity
